HARRISBURG, IL - Southeastern Illinois College (SIC) Women's Bowling Team has added a valuable asset with the signing of senior Faith Perry from Herrin High School. Perry, a standout bowler, is set to join the Falcons for the upcoming season.
"Faith is a good one," said SIC Bowling Head Coach Doug Cottom. "She comes to us having played for Coach Barry Hubbard at Herrin so we know she has been coached well. [She has a] solid, solid game that can play anywhere on the lane. Her versatility on lane play will really help her at the collegiate level. We are excited to have her. [She] most likely will play years 3 and 4 as well."
The Falcon Bowling Team has been competing since 2018, besting Division I universities in regional competition as a member of the United States Bowling Congress Collegiate. Those interested in the men’s or women’s varsity teams are encouraged to contact Doug Cottom at doug.cottom@sic.edu or 618-841-4867. Scholarships and bowler incentives may be available.
