Southeastern Illinois College (SIC) Men's Bowling Team has announced the signing of Keegan Vorhes from Herrin High School. Vorhes, a talented bowler, will follow in his brother Jayden's footsteps, who is finishing his second year with the Falcons.

"We always feel fortunate to get one of Coach Barry Hubbard's (Herrin High School Bowling Coach) players," said SIC Bowling Head Coach Doug Cottom. "Keegan will adapt well to the collegiate game, and I sense he will do it quickly. His game allows him to be in play all of the time, and that will benefit everyone. He is a big, strong young man who will challenge for playing time right off the hop. We look forward to having him on campus."

The Falcon Bowling Team has been competing since 2018, besting Division I universities in regional competition as a member of the United States Bowling Congress Collegiate. Those interested in the men’s or women’s varsity teams are encouraged to contact Doug Cottom at doug.cottom@sic.edu or 618-841-4867. Scholarships and bowler incentives may be available.
