HARRISBURG, IL - Southeastern Illinois College proudly announces the signing of Jonathan Harrison, a talented 6'6" Forward from Herrin High School, to the Men's Basketball team. Harrison's addition to the Falcon roster brings a wealth of skill, experience, and athleticism to the 2024 recruiting class.

During his senior year at Herrin High School, Harrison showcased his versatility and athleticism, averaging 8.9 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists per game. His impact was felt not only in the stat sheet but also in his leadership on and off the court. Harrison's outstanding performance earned him a spot on the all-tournament teams at the DuQuoin Tip-Off, Eldorado Holiday, and West Frankfort Mid-Winter tournaments.

Harrison was recognized as an all-conference selection in the highly competitive Southern Illinois River-To-River Conference. His skill and dedication to the game were further highlighted when he was selected to participate in the prestigious 45th Annual Lion's Club All-Star game, where he competed alongside Southern Illinois's premier seniors. In the off-season, Harrison made a significant impact on the AAU circuit, primarily playing for the Mt. Vernon HoopSquad. As a member of the SI Select in the 2023 summer, Harrison was a starter on the 17 and under team that won the Reebok World Championships in Memphis, Tennessee.
