On Friday afternoon, Lady Lions softball player Lacie Carr signed to play college softball for Southeastern Illinois College in Harrisburg. “I am excited to bring Lacie into the program,” said SIC Softball Coach Maggie Calcaterra. "She can play multiple positions, including her ability to do some quality work on the mound. As a plus, she can do a lot of damage from the plate.

The signing of Carr is the seventh signing in the Falcons 2024 recruiting class. Coach Calcaterra is excited about the talent coming in. “Lacie and the other incoming players will make next years squad one of the most dangerous lineups in the region. I am eager to see what they accomplish.
