The Southeastern Illinois College (SIC) Falcons delivered an impressive performance on home turf, securing a resounding 98-66 victory against the Greenville University Panthers at Deaton Gymnasium. The Falcons' stellar play was complemented by an atmosphere of Gallatin County and NCOE Night, featuring a lively pep band, enthusiastic cheerleaders, and passionate fans from both schools.

The Falcons set the tone early, establishing a 47-38 lead at halftime. They continued their dominance in the second half, outscoring the Panthers to seal a convincing 98-66 win. The victory showcased the Falcons' teamwork, efficiency, and determination on the court.

SIC Head Coach Sam Swinford expressed his pride in the team's performance, stating, "I am so proud of the effort our guys put on the floor for 40 minutes. The atmosphere created by the Gallatin County and NCOE night gave our guys a boost, and they delivered with effort, defense, and rebounding throughout. Thank you, Gallatin County Athletic Director Mariah Dennison, for making the night happen."

STILL AHEAD:

The victory against Greenville kicks off a home-court streak for the Falcons, with five more exciting matchups scheduled at Deaton Gymnasium throughout November. Fans can look forward to thrilling games against Kaskaskia College, Harper College, Oakland City University, West Kentucky Community and Technical College, and Arkansas State University - Newport.
