The donation, valued at $1000.00, included a pair of Nike Giannis Immortality 2 shoes for each player and Coach along with some Monster and Prime energy drinks and Kit Kat candy bars.
After the donation, SIC FOG Head Coach Jason Fitzgerald said "Thank you, Josh, for your dedication, encouragement and support for the Falcons FOG. Josh was one of the inaugural members of the team and competed for all 4 semesters he was at SIC. Josh continues to contribute to the team by providing color commentary for our matches on Twitch this season."
Smith agreed that he wants to see the team succeed even if he is no longer on the roster. "I've always wanted to do something special for the FOG," said Smith. "Once I heard that Coach Fitzgerald was getting the team new gear, I knew Affordable Kicks had to step in to complete the look. While I may not be on the team physically after two years of competition and graduation, I hope to always be a part of the Falcons Faction of Gamers family."
