On February 25, 2009 SIC Sophomores Kenny Wagner and Kalip Merrill signed Letters of Intent to play baseball at Mid-Continent University.

Mid-Continent is a four-year school located in Mayfield, KY.  They compete in the NAIA's TranSouth Athletic Conference.
